JD is a stopped clock.

Called the crash in April 2004 for 2005 and 2006, then repeated the process until it finally came along, but at a tiny fraction of the magnitude he predicted. Rendering his entire prediction useless.

Boulger was more accurate than JD as to both direction and outcome in 7 out of the last 8 years, in fact Boulger nailed the differences between the US and UK housing markets to a tee, whilst JD was still calling for a 50% crash by 2011as late as 2010.

So....

JD, wrong in 2004/5/6/7..... Wrong about size of falls in 2008, wrong again in 2009/10/11.

Whereas Boulger was right in 2004/5/6/7, wrong in 2008, and right in 2009/10/11.

I agree, the evidence is undeniable. Your tedious reinvention of Jonathon Davis has no merit.

I have probably posted about six posts (usually about the KFC man) and when I go to see whether he has replied they are no longer on the site. Question, if you don't like a post are you able just to tick it as "spam" or report it to the Mods just to get it deleted. I will experiment with this one I think. Firstly, Gimpere works in KFC but likes us to think he is a Surveyor. He coulda bought in 2002 but likes us to think his first opportunity was around June 2006. He has posted some pretty unsavoury posts over on Cc which I am happy to PM copies of to interested parties (but they would definitely be scorched by the Mods over here (and rightly so).

Anyway, just asking.

He doesn't get out of KFC until about 1700 so this might get a chance to stay on site for a while.
