can you not see that THEY are YOU? perhaps a more extreme version but you guys all argue about the same things over and over and over. I couldnt believe it when I first came here thinking I would find people like me who were looking to buy either now or in the next 18 months. imagine how surprising it was to find people who had been here for years and years. some of them are even mortgage free and have no interest in house prices, or so they say.

    crazy.

you have +37K (thirty seven THOUSAND!!!) posts. i mean do you not work for a living? do you spend your life on here?

It's kinda what happens when you keep the same username.

BTW, I do hope chuckles is ok. Funnily enough, the only letter he capatilises is the word "I". The similarities, are, of course, just coincidence, I'm sure.

and yet you can operate a computer. I just hope you are not on some sort of incapacity benefits robbing the tax payer. more likely that you are working in the public sector and robbing the tax payer for even more money than if you were on benefits.

    Boring everyone?

Hence why we have now 2 spin off threads...people coming in from other forums to sign up and join in.....smilies going overboard....because its "boring"?

Indeed. I think you got yourself a tad confused. Theres a group of a few obsessed individuals all getting themselves excited over an internet argument over who was more correct.

    Very well observed Graham.
This spit is certainly flying. The descent into ad hominem attacks had been remarkably rapid.
Guess an angry backlash is the only option when they're faced with a cold hard undeniable reality.

I think someone accurately described them as argument gypsies - following each other from forum to forum to argue about the same things over and over and over and over...... etc

At this point its worth noting that Peakoil is a former Credit Cruncher, now banned, who migrated to a australianhousepricecrash forum, and then joined MSE to rant about credit crunch, oh just over a week ago when specifically called in by one of his troll pals.

    Seems relevant.

Exciting for the obsessed individuals, incredibly tedious for everyone else I expect. I take it you find it all quite interesting though Graham?

I have to agree. This particular "argument" and its related inaccurate memes has been tedious for quite some time.

I'm sure that you must take some comfort in the supply of clear undeniable evidence that should, really, once and for all discredit the same tedious arguments.

Presumably, given how bored you are with the arguments,
you will in future seek to close it off by reminding said posters of this thread. ;)

shall we remind you that most of your posts are tedious arguments?
