No not really. Just trying to inject some actual fact to some of the "debates". But it's simply not wanted and therefore simply ignored.

I think someone accurately described them as argument gypsies - following each other from forum to forum to argue about the same things over and over and over and over...... etc

can you not see that THEY are YOU? perhaps a more extreme version but you guys all argue about the same things over and over and over. I couldnt believe it when I first came here thinking I would find people like me who were looking to buy either now or in the next 18 months. imagine how surprising it was to find people who had been here for years and years. some of them are even mortgage free and have no interest in house prices, or so they say.
