He does have an interesting presentation style. I tend to imagine he mixes up the VIs with the clown shoes who used to riot their way across HPC back in the day. Before they were all punted over to MSE.
But even you have to admit.
April 2005. Predicting a house price crash in 2007.
Predicting it would be caused by a debt crisis, set of by increasing interest rates. Thats a pretty good punt.
In the USbecause it certainly wasn't caused by rising interest rates in the UK.
'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
the even shorter way to say it is that your boring everyone with your overly verbose and repetitive sentences. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Boring everyone?
Hence why we have now 2 spin off threads...people coming in from other forums to sign up and join in.....smilies going overboard....because its "boring"?
Indeed. I think you got yourself a tad confused. Theres a group of a few obsessed individuals all getting themselves excited over an internet argument over who was more correct.0 -

Exciting for the obsessed individuals, incredibly tedious for everyone else I expect. I take it you find it all quite interesting though Graham?0 -

No not really. Just trying to inject some actual fact to some of the "debates". But it's simply not wanted and therefore simply ignored.
Found the other thread by geener interesting, on a psycological level.
Just can't actually believe these are grown adults.0 -

I think someone accurately described them as argument gypsies - following each other from forum to forum to argue about the same things over and over and over and over...... etc0 -

can you not see that THEY are YOU? perhaps a more extreme version but you guys all argue about the same things over and over and over. I couldnt believe it when I first came here thinking I would find people like me who were looking to buy either now or in the next 18 months. imagine how surprising it was to find people who had been here for years and years. some of them are even mortgage free and have no interest in house prices, or so they say.
crazy.
