This one is for living in - other would be purely for profit. Loads of equity for both, problem is income multiples so one mortgage would need to be 'btl'. If we could rent out this one for 18 months, but keep current mortgage, move in to other for 6 months on new resi mortgage (on grounds current mortgage is covered by rent) then rent elsewhere for 12 months whilst other property is extended and sold then we should make loads of money but suffer severe hassle of 3 moves...I think....0

Just had my 10 yo car serviced and Mot'd, the rear tyres are still OK but 10 years old so I should replace. Thing is the man that does my car insists that new tyres should go on the front and the old ones moved to the back. I told him he is wrong ( I know, granny, suck eggs and all that) and the new tyres go on the back but he won't have it'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0

Was the argument over tyre age or where new tyre pairs should be placed?'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. There isn't only kindnes in my motivation: I just don't want to see a cat die slowly and protractedly in the cold at what is mainly meant to be a positive time of year!
I'm under no illusion...the gambia does not think I'm kind, or nice, and as far as she was concerned the tables had been turned an 18 months of cat and mouse had turned and she found her self the mouse for once: she was fighting for what she believed was her life: so not particular ''kind'' action as she sees it.
I might well put some food out for gambia, cos I've got a softer heart than I let on, but I don't think I'd pick it up and stroke it, certainly not after the first bite.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

lol, she'd be happier with that certainly, so its arguable its the kinder thing to do. fwiw, not that bothered about stroking her or invading her space for my pleasure, but rather administering medicine or catching her for a trip to the vets. I got bitten, (and hard) but I also won and caught the cat.
Perhaps I have a harder heart than I let on!0 -
I'd put new tyres on the front, especially if front wheel drive. What car is this?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

I don't think I'd even attempt to administer medicine to a feral cat or take it to the vet, but if I were to attempt that, I'd first don the heaviest gloves I had.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
