All I want is an HP 56 (black) and maybe an HP 57 (colour) cartridge for an HP PSC 1317 printer.....
7dayinks are allegedly cheap and good. It'd be cheaper to buy panda tears than replacement cartridges for some printers.
Actually 7dayshop (don't know if they're connected) might be worth trying as they're about the cheapest for most computer accessoriesThere is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
Right, i'm off to open a printer cartridge recyling shop in north Cornwall - there is no competiton so I reckon I would clean up.
There are probably places that people get their stuff from, places they already know - it's when you sit and randomly need to get something and achieve immediately (as opposed to picking these things up when passing as you know you'll be needing one) that a rural area becomes a pain in the butt.0 -

There's 88,000 in North Cornwall. We've got a few such shops here with a similar population. I think there's an opportunity. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Class is tomorrow evening and I'm on "old duty" in the morning, so if I'd managed to get one today/tonight I could have stayed up all night0 -

Most of us who live in the sticks do that sort of stuff on-line. Home delivery vans are all over the little lanes around here. I'm guessing, but fairly sure that my nearest printer ink is over 10miles away, and then that would only be a few common ones.
OTOH if I go into the butcher and ask for a pork chop, he will be able to tell me exactly where it came from and what breed it is.

If you venture onto the grabbit board, people in the Tesco thread will be able to tell you if your Tesco has cartridges. There are people on that thread who spend more time in Tesco than they do working!I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Even M&S are at it - I once desperately needed a suit for an interview. Went to the big town, no suits ... went into M&S as my last resort thinking "you can always get a suit in M&S" but they said no. I absolutely have to have a petite to not look like a drowned bag lady and they carry none. They said "just pick the suit you want and we can order it in for you" - thing was, I wanted a suit that day, I wouldn't know which one I wanted until I'd tried it on.... and the whole "come back to collect" part of it would have involved a 40 mile return trip.0 -
