It is absolutely chucking it down. I ran 300m to the pub and I'm so wet my shirt is see through. And I'm not wearing a bra.

Thankfully Mrs G picked me up.

Sydney gets twice as much rain as London.

OH is enjoying himself, he's not mentioned the rain.

He was upgraded to first class for the second leg of his flight. Sunday he was taken for a trek, blue mountains? Three sisters?

    He's done some work allegedly.

Thursday he has been invited to a regatta. Asked what his sailing experience is - pedalo was his answer.

The Three Sisters is at Katoomba in the Blue Mountains. It's a lovely spot:

There are some lovely bush walks round there.

of the swan variety? If not there will be a very disappointed PN. :)

The walking place was cleaned up....so those guys worked hard yesterday. I parked in the same place as yesterday, iopened my car door, looked down and there was a used condom and a microfibre cloth scfrewed up. I decided not to think about it too much and moved the car.

I'm trying to decide whether to go ahead and decorate rooms that I know will need redecorating. I feel the need to have change and also to stamp more of our identity on the place. Its rather animalistic....like peeing on the boundries. But is that a feasome waste of money? I think it might be, and also, the finished result woldn't look good, so that might be disappointing. e.g. in my sitting room the wall paper I'm too scared to remove at this stage, I think a fair bit of the walls would come too, but painting over the top of it would leave the tears in it, the huge and numerous wrinkles and the corner which is completly ripped and torn.

Peeing on the boundaries is cheaper. I do it all the time.

Doesn't help much, but it might make the foxes think a bit. ;)

dh pees on the boundries. It seems to fulfil a lot of his needs....to mark the place, to protect us from fox invasion, and to save him a trip back to the house for the loo. I don't mind an outside piddle, but I don't think it satisfies me in the same way.

It could be worse, you could be up in Cairns where you'd be dripping in sweat with the humidity. Mind you, at least the (sea) water is warm there, unlike Sydney.

I don't see why it would be too expensive - after all you are only spending a penny at a time....

...if it is the outside boundaries the rain should take care of the finished result if you don't like it, if it is the wall paper at the boundary of the room you are suggesting peeing on I would say the results may well disappoint.

Not sure about that, but I could join the dots and make a business opportunity ..... start up mini swan pedalo races. Construct easily folded pedalo designs, for transportation .... and franchise out local pedalo races on small lakes around the country. Anybody with an event that has a small area of water could put on pedalo races :)

Needs a bit more work, but with the rough edges knocked off that'd be a winner (rough edges knocked off = 10-15 minutes thinking).

I'm a business genius.... wasted here.... you're all SO lucky to have me :)
