thanks all, had a lovely day (for me!!)
slept in till late. got soooper dooper snazzy digital camera. lazed around, lit a bonfire and ate big tea.
work has been a bit stressful of late so tomorrow it's back to fixing the problem.

I'm back....a vry arly night, so not too bad. What a wird vening though. Parents, grandparents...PLEASE, however good your child making people listen to them perform on their keyboard/cello/flute...not a good move....if they are really good, by all means background play and let them be praised by people who have enjoyed it......it was like having teeth pulled!
Otherwise nice evening though but not as good as going to Brussels would have been0 -

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0
