Another week at WW and another 0.5lbs lost, bringing me up to a stone lost so far this year :T (I did actually get past a stone at one point but put some back on, so its nice to have got back to this point again) :)

Spends at ww = £6.50 on snacks, £1 on the xmas competition and £1 on the raffle, and we won another £5 voucher on the raffle, so used it to buy next weeks snacks, so hopefully next week I won't need to spend anything there ;)

Other spends today = £1.30 on lunch and £2.95 on meal for ds.

Ex wrote to me and to ds today, in my letter he's asked me to write to him regularly to keep him updates with how ds is ... like I have nothing better to do than be his bloody penpal  :rotfl::rotfl:

Did he also ask you to write to him and let him know how you are coping with not having a break from DS for the next year now he is not having him every other weekend? And did he ask you to write regularly to let him know how you are coping with the emotional fall out from this with DS? And did he ask you to write to say how you were coping financially? Hope so but doubt it :p He definately has the cheek of the devil.....

I am pleased I did, I feel much better for doing so :) I actually managed a good chat with his dad tonight, and have arranged for them to come down the weekend after this one to take ds out for the day on the saturday. We'll see how it goes ....

Oh shucks what a muppet to expect you to write to him. Honestly. I wouldn't even dignify that with an reply. He should have thought about that before he nicked the money
