Summer ball last night was lovely but I was too tired to really enjoy it. Got home about 12.30ish this morning. Today we had ds drama lesson, then went to the bbq at dads care home, Mr S arrived with his son about 10 minutes before we had to leave to go to ds drama exam. The 2 boys played footie together and loved it and ds was really annoyed that we had to leave. I didn't get much chance to talk to Mr S while we were there. Then I took ds to his exam which ws all done and dusted in 5 minutes flat, not sure how long it takes to hear the outcome.
Mr S has texted me this afternoon to see what I'm up to and if I fancy meeting up, but I said I must get the flat back under control (its an utter tip), but we have instead arranged to meet up tomorrow morning with the boys for a 2 a side footie game at the park and then we'll take the boys out for lunchI am so excited and just so happy right now :j He's also said about us arranging to go away for a night at a hotel when ds is away

I had to turn him down PL, I can't be available every time, that's a mistake I've made before. Also it would still need doing tomorrow and this way I can see him for longer tomorrow than I would have seen him for this afternoon. Plus at some point soon he'll be coming round here hopefully, so at least then I can relax that whenever that time is the place is clean and tidy
And I honestly couldn't care either way what the ex thinks about it. For a long time I thought I'd love that moment when he found out I have someone new, but actually his thoughts and opinions don't interest me in the slightest any more, and I can hand on heart say I don't care one tiny bitHowever, I will say that I couldn't have asked for a better reaction from ds, he absolutely loves Mr S and keeps asking when we can see him again

ah thats nice i didnt mean you should be worried about your ex knowing or finding out - i just think it will be hilarious I think he would be a bit put out to say the least. You really do deserve this and it has been a long time coming and i do really wish you luck !
