Sorry for leaving you all hanging, I've just dropped him home ;):D

We had a fabulous day yesterday, both kids played really well together, we went to the park and played footie then went to McDonalds for lunch. After that we came back to mine and the kids had a mario kart competition then we went down the beach with them and made castles with moats etc before going to the pub for dinner. Then we took Mr S's son home, came back here and watched the Euro finals together and then it became another rather late night. When ds went to bed he begged Mr S to stay the night and told him he loves him already :o Mr S was absolutely over the moon :)

It went so so well, we both thought so. Happy days :D:D Tonight we're dogsitting at mums so I am cooking Mr S dinner when he finishes work. Can't wait already :D

He's working til 8, but theres been a change in the plan (yet again), as mum has decided not to go away after all as the weathers rubbish, so I dont need to dog-sit, so we will be re-arranging for another night.

Will speak to him after work later, will update you all then :D

Spoke to Mr S for a couple of hours last night, we decided he's coming round on friday night (he finishes work at 5), then we'll take ds to his drama on saturday morning, then ds goes to his dads and Mr S has the day off on saturday, so we'll spend the day together completely on our own for the first time :D Then I'll take him to work on sunday morning :)

I know this isn't going to work out like a conventional relationship, he's too young, we're too different, but for now I'm enjoying it, its good fun, he makes me smile and I'm happy :)

Nice to see you having fun and he might be younger but he understands your issues with DS and your parents much better than a 40 yr old singleton in a desk job would...
