Hi Benben and friends,
Just reporting this weeks weightloss, which is 1.75lb!!!
A total for January so far of 3.75lb. I don't know if I am going to hit my target of 7lb but I'll keep trying.
I have done 2 of 4 Zumba class so far too.

Well done on the list so far sorry about the rubbish sleep.
I dreamt my OH called me fat!! (which he would never do in real life):rotfl:

Apologies for me coming in with my weigh in results after you've done your list. Lost 2lbs this week so I've got to pull out all the stops for a 3lb loss this week to reach my target......eeek!!

Oops, forgot that I went to WW yesterday and have lost another 2 pounds! nowhere near what I planned, but hey ho!

But I've been to Zumba today!

Dad was barking today, totally out of it and he looked a real old man
Not much else done off the list, visited dad and ordered the tesco vouchers, still quite a few bits left on there and I'm back at work tomorrow, oops!

Spends today = £36 in sainsburys after school, hopefully that will be near enough it foodwise for the month, maybe just some bread, milk etc to top up. No other spends today
