I don't know how to KM, I just feel in a horrible position again now, I don't want to block him talking to ds on the phone but I won't have him speaking to ds like that, telling him not to listen to what I say etc ... Am glad I booked the appointment for tomorrow, not that I can really afford to go down the solicitor route but if needs must ....

Wow what a mixed bag of news you have had. Ref you ex words fail me really :mad::mad:. How dare he tell your DS not to listen to you, and to tell him he is lieing when he says you didn't tell him to say he didn't want to visit...

And the mediation service lady at least seems to have seen your point of view.

Hope the Camhs appt went well. Will the put an action plan in place to help DS or is it just a one off appt?

Well done on going to the solicitors, I hope you can do some matched bets to pay for it!

Try to not let it spoil your xmas, that is what ex wants.

And woohoo about cutie good luck

Morning all, hardly slept last night with everything to do with the crim going round my head :( Never mind, christmas is another day nearer ...

Tomorrow night, not sure hat to wear yet, still waiting to hear back as to where we're heading ... either black skinny jeans, black heels and a sparkly deep red sleeveless top or dark blue skinny jeans, a hollister gypsy top and nude heels or patent red heels .... will see where we're going and what mood I'm in :D

I did text him back and said childcare was sorted, one happy kid going for a sleepover at his mates and asking what the plan was but he's not replied yet, but then he does now have a reputation for not replying to texts for ages :rotfl:

So today ... tidying up indoors to do, its got all messy again but am hoping its largely superficial, then drop ds with mum while I go to solicitors, collect a parcel, get some photos printed out, pick up a couple more presents, get a few food bits for mum, sort my eyebrows (again ), pay a cheque in and do my Next order tonight .... not much then!! :o

Solicitors appointment went really well (and was free for first appointment :D), she said to do nothing and wait and see what happens, but that I have nothing to worry about basically :)

Next order done, spent £55, didn't let myself get carried away at all :T

Collected a parcel today, another one being delivered in the morning, email to say the coat is at tescos waiting for me so will go tomorrow to get that, collected some other bits in whsmith, got mums present, got some shopping for mum and got ds haircut short :j Still need to tidy up a bit more indoors etc ...

Cutie replied to my text today saying "driving at the moment, will text when I get home tonight" :D So hopefully I will know later where we're off to tomorrow :D

All is not lost. Some of the best relationships blossom from friendship. At least he hasn't cancelled completely and at least he's been honest from the outset. You can still have a good time tomorrow.
