Just practising my ninja moves :rotfl:

I would love a tea cosy <pushes in front of EE> but H seems to have abandoned all tea drinking and become a coffee devotee  Our poor little tea pot is now unused and unloved <breaks out the violins> Still with a tea cosy like that I think it would be a good excuse to break out the pot again :)

What size pot does it fit? We have a small round stainless steel pot and a huuuuuuge china tea pot.

Your ninja moves are naff. We can see you!

The tea cosies all fit 2 pint tea pots which are roughly 17cm high although thy're pretty stretchy

I say, missus. That knitting looks jolly neat. Methinks you have found a new income stream. If you want to make something that won't take so long to make but will sell for Christmas (although maybe not at the farmers' market) might I suggest posing pouches? You could have great fun with all sorts of novelty ideas and you could put pics on here for us to assess. (PS Much as I appreciate your new earning endeavours, I won't be putting in an order for a posing pouch, but there are one or two people [who will remain nameless] who I think might.) And Kindle pouches - they would sell.

I'd love to be a good example - instead, I am a horrible warning.

I fear I'd get banned from the Country Market for lowering the tone by those who have no sense of humour whatsoever.

No paranoia (sp?) here. PM to follow shortly.

Crazy way the shops work! On our high street yesterday you could only buy black, brown & grey winter clothes - no summer wear in sight.

Ermmm excuse me ladies I have been in the queue for at least 1.5 weeks so stop trying to push in :rotfl:

Actually I don't have a tea pot but I am wondering whether you could do an elephant stylee one as then it would match in with everything else I have :rotfl:
    There's always one :)

Can you get knitting patterns for Cafetieres
(quickly runs out of the door before the flying ninja knitting needles hit me).

Clearly I need to get out more. No normal woman would be able to answer that one without any research whatsoever. The book one desires is called Coffee Cozies and the nice people at Amazon allow you to scroll through the designs within the book and even throw in a couple of patterns for free, quite probably unintentionally.

Those of you with a good catholic convent school upbringing should avert your eyes now. For the rest of you (thats the Royal "you" Wordsmith) a little something for Christmas perhaps?

Didn't you know that the girl dancing naked on the piano is always one who went to a Convent School? Not that I ever danced naked on a piano, you understand. :A

Or at least, not that I can remember. :rotfl::rotfl:
But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?
