Googling, I read that there's a residual problem with keyboard lag in the stock browser which was vastly improved with the Android 3.1 update and has apparently been fixed in 3.2 which is imminent. But I use Opera and there's no lag and nor is there with other browsers I've tried, such as Firefox.

3.2 is being rolled-out worldwide today. The Far East have had it already, but I'm still waiting.
It's not really designed for power use or even proper business use.

Where as the flexibility of Android makes it ideal for business use (esp. the Transformer with its keyboard).
I think if i'd bought an android tablet, i'd have got too bogged down with customising it and adding widgets.

You don't have to use widgets. If you just want a screen full of icons like the ipad, then just use the apps/menu button and they're all there.
Also, i doubt my toddler could use. Plus, it'd have cost more to get the same spec and I couldn't have bought the 'army tested toddler proof' case.

Wow, I wish my parents had bought me a £400 piece of sheet metal and glass as a toy when I was a toddler!
