How so? the terms of a PSO is set by the court and doesnt need a judge to end it and the OP mentioned nothing about not letting PWC vacate the property.
he stated she cannot apply for a council house coz she would lose the kids as she has a home.
tbh the more this thread has gone on the more i believe this is just an entire made up situation or at least 90% of it is.Countdown to Discharge Is On!

My ex can move to where ever she likes. The occupation order only allows her to occupy the property. Nobody forces her to live there.
really - you have moved on let her too. the kids are not gonna appreciate you controlling their mothers life and making her unhappy.
can see more and more why she left you.Countdown to Discharge Is On!

the order names individuals who cannot come into contact with a child/children not the entire male race bar the OP.
he stated she cannot apply for a council house coz she would lose the kids as she has a home.
YOUR order might say that, but a prohibited steps can be for anything requested by the applicant and approved by a court. You cant comment unless you have seen the terms of the order.
The house has nothing to do with this discussion, you assumed (wrongly) she HAD to live there. See directgov on housing, if she leaves the property due to breaching the terms of occupation order then the occupation order ends.0 -
from what you are saying! you said she cannot apply for a council house coz he will lose the kids and the same with if she gets a new partner she cannot move him in.
really - you have moved on let her too. the kids are not gonna appreciate you controlling their mothers life and making her unhappy.
Those are her solicitors terms. I didnt set them.
Google Mesher order and you will learn what happens if she moves a new bloke into the house.0 -

On a more funnier note, her solicitor was unaware the marital home was owned by the trust and attempted a charging order to secure her solicitors fees on the house. Came rather unstuck and left someone with a big bill.0

I feel sorry for my first two. no seriously. They are probably unaware of the legal wranglings their mother did. I asked the trustees to allow the children to remain in the home they grew up in, but if my ex chooses not to, then that will be her choice.
My son who lives with me knows nothing at all. He is a very lively and sociable lad, and to be honest, he is every parents dream child. so well behaved, a hardly ever need to tell him off, and never in public, and when we are together I feel so proud of him, he is a child that makes me so grateful I am allowed to have him.
I asked freinds and family many times over, where did I go wrong with my first two? Their answers are uninimous. I didnt. I just chose the wrong woman, a money obsessed cheat.
The sad thing is, other people spotted this long before I did, and I ignored their warnings.0 -

well can you blame her when you come accross as only out for yourself and money obsessed too? have you ever thought she wants the money so she can give the children - your children - the best life possible? the life you grew up in? the life they deserve?
seriously - why do you grudge giving anything to your kids? if i had to live on the streets and work 20 hours a day to look after my kids i would do it. nothing on this planet is more important. i would starve and freeze so my kids have all my money to give them a decent life.
stop being so selfish and share your "vast wealth" with your flesh and blood you helped create!Countdown to Discharge Is On!
