The CSA in it's present form needs to be dismantled. It's causing no end of problems for everyone!!!! The CSA 2 is about the fairest way to do it with a few tweaks, i.e leave all benefits out of calculations, marry up contact and CM, make SE NRP's pay a "flat" amount unless they can prove without doubt, that the business is losing money, if people have a working private arrangement then leave them alone, I could go on and on, as I'm sure many could But what is obvious from this board is that the CSA is "not fit for purpose"!!

James you and your band of merry NRP's are so predictable. If a PWC dares to apply for child support you will do everything within your powers to avoid paying going to great lengths indeed. Then you blow your trumpet about going to court and snatching kids from their mothers :rotfl: But if we are honest you and the rest (you know who you are )are all full of hot air, talk the talk but do sod all. You try and insult the PWC's on here, but it really does show just how pathetic you all are.

Your only aim is to try and destroy the PWC and really not giving a dam about the innocent party in all of this the children. You have contact orders yet you do nothing, you can have all the paperwork in the world but the kids care about the now, not what you might or not be able to produce a few years down the line.
