The CSA in it's present form needs to be dismantled. It's causing no end of problems for everyone!!!! The CSA 2 is about the fairest way to do it with a few tweaks, i.e leave all benefits out of calculations, marry up contact and CM, make SE NRP's pay a "flat" amount unless they can prove without doubt, that the business is losing money, if people have a working private arrangement then leave them alone, I could go on and on, as I'm sure many couldBut what is obvious from this board is that the CSA is "not fit for purpose"!!

You mean this? James, I've already told you, it doesn't matter whose name is on the letter, it comes into your house, for your child, so it is counted as family income. The only way it wouldn't be counted as your income, is if your gf lived somewhere else without you. Say for argument sake, your ex lived with someone, and he had to pay CM, then her CTC, would be used to pay her partners CM. It is unfair all round, but it's how it works.
I do believe you,
Does it apply to CS1 as well?0 -

The children will be much happier and that is priceless.*SIGH*0 -

i hope you're getting a couple of million then, cos unless the mother is a crack dealing, !!!!!phile running a brothel out of the family home, then your chances of getting a residency order are about er...... nil.
if you think this forum is plagued with feminist, dungaree wearing, man hating idiots, just wait till you get involved with social services and step into the family court arena............NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.
and, please. only thank when appropriate. not to boost idiots egos.0 -

James you and your band of merry NRP's are so predictable. If a PWC dares to apply for child support you will do everything within your powers to avoid paying going to great lengths indeed. Then you blow your trumpet about going to court and snatching kids from their mothers :rotfl: But if we are honest you and the rest (you know who you are
)are all full of hot air, talk the talk but do sod all. You try and insult the PWC's on here, but it really does show just how pathetic you all are.
Your only aim is to try and destroy the PWC and really not giving a dam about the innocent party in all of this the children. You have contact orders yet you do nothing, you can have all the paperwork in the world but the kids care about the now, not what you might or not be able to produce a few years down the line.*SIGH*0 -
