well appeal!!! its been explained to you how many times already?!?!

    Been there, done that.

    1. appeal refused.

    2. Second appeal out of time

    3. Solicitors consultation, MP contacted suspecting fraud.

    4. MP refers complaint to Parliamentary ombudsman

    5. Ombudsman speaks to CSA

    6. Ombudsman accepts CSA version of events and closes the case.

    7. I download telephone calls to laptop, visit MP and play telephone calls.

    8. MP asks CSA to explain telephone calls. CSA denied them

    9. Ombudsman contacts Serious Fraud Office

    10. CSA interviewed, CSA still denied tmaking said telephone calls, so they were played aloud to her.

    11. CSA said it was mistake. NRP refunded, CSA exhonerated of crimional liability. (is this corruption?)

I still ask for the travel to work expenses to be allowed. The law does say I am entitled.

You do realise your kids will see through you!!!!!!

Of course they will. until I show them all the documentary proof to the contrary.

    I await that day.

They will realise what a cheating scumbag their mother is, denied them life's little treats, denied them a paternal family life, denied me the right to work for financial gain, the fraud investigation, how she colluded to drive a wedge between me and the children. That is only OTOH, i can list all day.

    There are no excuses.

I don't think they are on CSA 1. As far as I can remember (mid 90's) oh was only allowed housing costs (but not CT) and pension costs. We would have been made up to be on CSA 2!!!!

Many suggestions have been offered and you have dismissed every one.

Marisco, speeder and another have given excellent advice and I intend to follow them up.

What makes you believe I dismissed them?
