the money goes to the PWC to support the child.
its ridiculous to expect every single penny to be accounted for. it all goes in the pot and is spent. better her lifestyle surely means bettering the kids lives too.
better car means a safer more reliable car.
holiday abroad? kids get a holiday too.
you are full of every excuse in the book. and you have created more.
if the CSA did something illegal take them to court and while you are at it raise a contact order! who stated they owed you the money? the fraud office? what powers do they have to get you the money back?
go to the press about it all. ive not heard anything about all this "illegal" carry on and im pretty sure the newspaper would have a field day with this story! stop expect other people to do the work for you and start doing some of it yourself!Countdown to Discharge Is On!

Others pay 20% and that is not fair, but its the law.No it didnt. it went to the other parent.
I dont understand this delusion that money paid to a PWC actually reaches the children, there is no statutory mechanism to safeguard the money from being used to improve her own lifestyle (they now get benefits AND maintenance).
I'm really getting annoyed with your attitude towards this. You are well of. Very well off in fact. You own a house outright yet you aren't willing to send just £40 a week to your kids. It isn't much. I'm all for you trying to minimize your liability as much as possible but not to eliminate it completely. And BTW I'm male not one of these hens you're going on about. Many suggestions have been offered and you have dismissed every one. So put us out of our misery what answer would you like to hear and I'll give it to you.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

you are trying to say CSA and contact should be linked. you have a contact order then get it enforced in court. why are you making excuses for everything instead of finding solutions?Countdown to Discharge Is On!

i think you will find the only people losing out here are your kids!!!!!
What would my kids prefer?
1. Money in their mums pocket?
or:
2: the chance to stay with me?
I can bet yuor bottom dollar their choice is 2. Children are not interested in how much mummy can screw daddy for, they want the support and company of their parents, both parents.
Right now, I am prevented from delivering that.
I long for the day forced separation is oficially recognised as child cruelty. Worse still, if the intention if for monetary gain.
I find your attitude disgusting.0 -
Yes but is she aware that 30% of nothing is nothing but 20% of something is £40 a week?
So what does it get spent on? Does the PWC have a nicer house than otherwise? Is the PWC putting the heating on more as they can afford it? Is the food purchased in the household a little better than value beans? There isn't much that the PWC can spend money on that in some way won't benefit the kids. What about a car? Does the PWC have one? If they weren't getting CSA could they afford to run it?

glad its not just me thats getting p****d off with this bloke!
and calling women hens - no man ive ever met would dare call a woman that to her face coz they know what they would get! plan disrespectful. how about all women start calling men c**ks? sure OP wouldnt like that one. but it seems one rule for him one for everyone else as long as he doesnt have to sacrifice his luxury lifestyle for the benefit of someone else he doesnt seem to care.Countdown to Discharge Is On!

Then TBH, I don't blame you for doing it the way you are! There has to be flexibility on both sides, and if one side won't co operate, then they shouldn't moan if the other side digs in!!! It sounds like (and I know we've only got one side here) that the PWC is cutting off her nose to spite her face!! If Happy's figures are correct, then surely she would be better off with 40 quid a week than the nowt she's getting at the minute!!0 -

if their mother is that bad why not go for custody? then the kids can decide who to live with and its your ex who has to pay CSA.Countdown to Discharge Is On!
