When we're hunting for our next house I'm totally going to have utility room on my list of must-haves so I can have a posh 'laundry room'! :) The house I grew up in had a pretty big utility room and I thought it was utter madness when I went to my friend's homes and they had the washing machine in the kitchen! :o Looking back that house was really quite large, we'll never be able to bring our kids up in a house like that! :o

I think OH found out about the rugby yesterday so it might have made his bad mood worse! I told him that it was his job to work the dates so they didn't clash with important sporting events, what do I know about Rugby?! I thought the world cup was in August... :p

ETA: Can't get onto that blog Shrimpy, will have a look tonight though! I'm feeling all inspired too, want to potato print my bedroom walls! :)

Can't you convince him with the offer of a clothespin chandlier and a hallway gallery?! I really want a hallway wide enough to get away with that, think mine's a little diddy for it!

Oh I love that! I'd never leave the house with all those lovely things to look at in the hallway!

Argh, I just tried to laminate something and it didn't come out the other side, and it's not work related so I can't ask the techies for help and it's got my name on it six times so I can't put it back and pretend I don't know anything about it when the next person comes to use it and it's broken :( Argh!

I'm glad you appreciate the Chicken Story! Reading on she's actually made her money back on it by selling t-shirts and postcards with pictures on saying 'Knock Knock Motherfu**er'! :rotfl:

Argh, I hate it when I'm being sneaky at work and it bites me on the bum! Like the time I was printing a load of downloaded crafty papers and the printer broke! Hopefully it'll be so mangled up they won't be able to tell what was on the paper if you do call the techies? Or... ask your manager now if it's OK if you just use the laminator for a personal job and offer to pay then... 'Oh no! It's broken!' ;)

I've just been on Martha Stewart's website (really working hard here!) and in her bathroom section she recommends keeping a season's worth of toilet paper in the cupboard so guests won't have the embarrassment of asking for more! How much does she expect houseguests to go through?!

Nobody's in to ask, that's why I'm doing it! :D There are screws in the bottom, going to bring a screwdriver in on Monday and get the offending articles out and then if it's broken, it's broken - the sticker on it says its next PAT test is due 2004 so of course it's broken! Did you get into trouble using the printer? I've gone off to the loo before and come back and someone's been on my computer! She happened to be in the office and my phone rang and she was trying to answer the query  I ALWAYS lock my computer now as I tend to have about ten different websites open at any given time!

Wow, she made money off t-shirts? I wish I was that enterprising!

Hehe sorry for causing chaos with YHL. I really love their first house, and their wedding was exactly what I want. Shame the UK isn't too big on back-yard weddings.

Just realised I've only eaten a raspberry and white chocolate muffin today so better go and eat.
