Hi everyone! Had a planned day of nothing waiting for our new bed, it came early and I decided seeing how I had wrestling podcasts to listen to I mareswell crack on with it. 3 hours and 3 cups of tea later, it's up and it's beautiful. Although it complete fills the room. Kah-lick. And those pillows, they're slightly bigger than our standard double sized ones. I think we need to buy those special king sized ones because they look kind of pathetic! Have the rest of the day free now, so finally had time to catch up. Saying that, I spent yesterday on the sofa watching cartoons and Woody Allen movies so technically had time then. *ahem*
I hope your little guy is feeling better soon CMD. How awful! I'll admit I just thought of the dark time in my childhood when I wasn't allowed hamburger happy meals when you said foot and mouth. Is it something that'll last long?
Have a safe trip and lovely holiday Dinah (and NIM, obviously. Unless he's secretly being locked in the house with no internet access or phone to lay the flooring while you're away)
Oh, also I'm very very glad the hair cut got sorted Lara! Despite all the blind faffing I do with mine, when you're not happy with your hair it really does effect you completely!
Like always, I have a brain that looks similar to swiss cheese so the other replies have fallen into the lumpy abyss. Hope everyone's having a good day!0 -
Love the bed Cinny! Very swish.
Lara - glad the re hair cut worked out well!
Been out this afternoon getting Poppy weighed and a bit of supermarket shopping as well.0 -
Have a fab holiday Dinah and NIM!
I've finally got started with the challenge as it's payday (strangely I've not paid any tax even though my code is right, no idea if they're giving me my personal allowance from April and May as I didn't use that... if that's even possible! I've put it to one side anyway in case they want it back!) paid £66.67 off my overdraft and had £98.91 spare at the end of this month which I've saved. I'll try update my ticker
Off to try enjoy the warm weather in a beer garden or similar, will reply properly later

Thanks, I think! I want to stencil a bold leopard print on that wall but OH said our bedroom really will look ready for a man-movie shoot then. So I'm not allowedBut I'm going to go get big squishy cushions and a fat featherdown quilt to make it the squishiest bed in the whole wide whatever.
Poor Mr Fridge! Not only is he poorly and being left alone for 2 weeks, but now he's having all his guts taken out. It's like you don't want him to get better. Tsk Tsk.
That's great over payments Archer  It's OH's payday today and he was all proud and 'I paid an extra £50 off my credit card' until I noted that £17.50 of that was money I gave him to pay off my share of a WWE order. >>Ze Party Pooper<<
Seeing how I'm out all day, I'll ask now. What's everybody's plans for the weekend? OH is out tomorrow, and working overtime Sunday so I'm a free lady. Who actually has money, so I have no idea what I'll do!0
