Afternoon everyone, you have given me some giggles catching up with the Director of Fun (How much do I want that job?!) and Cinny uncovering the secrets of the man cave!

I am seriously hoping our internet will be working when I get home as the phone line is due to be reactivated today, the Sky man said that the internet would be about two weeks after the TV activation (which means now) but then I had a letter saying it would be two weeks after the phone line so who knows! Stupid confusing Sky! The moneymaking has definitely stalled whilst I've been offline, I know I have a couple of bits to update but will hopefully get to sit down and update properly soon. I can only get away with checking online accounts etc when I'm alone at work as its hard to get away with it using the card reader thingies to log on, they're a bit of a giveaway!

I would definitely be up for some goals in October, am liking the Christmas related ones but also am itching to get moneymaking again as I know the debt is once again slipping in the wrong direction :(

Almost forgot, well done Tete for yesterday! Hope you aren't suffering too much today.

 I've had nothing but problems with them over my pill... it's like they're trying to get me pregnant!

:rotfl::rotfl:a friend of mine fell pregnant while changing over pills and she told the doctor it was his fault. She said he looked at her like he was her dad and said "there are others ways to protect yourself my dear" :rotfl:

LOL Starnac! Your poor friend! :rotfl: No honeymoon babies for me though, I wish I'd been more sensible and planned to come off the pill months ago so we'd have a chance but if I just skip it now I'm scared I'll be stuck with old Aunt Flo for a week which will ruin it somewhat!

Glad to hear you had a good time Poddle, and very nice to find that you've not come home to nasty surprises! LOL at the turning into your Mum comment, I find myself sounding like my Mum all the time, it's a bit worrying! On Saturday she bought me a dress to wear to travel in (nice Mummy!) and I got some leggings to wear with it so I wouldn't get cold on the plane and we were both stood in the shop (Fat Face) feeling these leggings and saying, 'Oooh, they're a bit pricey but you can feel the quality!' :o

I'm going to try to get a photo of the Director of Fun (hopefully she'll have a badge with that on!) for you all since we're now all wanting that job! :rotfl:

Good to hear you've got a nursery sorted Wendz, I'm sure Poppy will have a great time... and I'm also sure that you will be the one crying not her! :)

Got everything sorted with my stupid doctors last night, they're bleeding useless! OH was a little disappointed about it all though, I'm sure he was hoping I'd say, 'Ah screw it we'll just have a baby now!'... think I'm going to have to keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn't flush the packet down the toilet!

I may have booked breakfast with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald Duck last night... :o

Makes me laugh how keen men are to have babies, thought it was meant to be us women! OH was the one who said to me to stop taking it haha.

yay breakfast with the disney characters, getting very jealous of your honeymoon!

WE are off to art class in a min, if she is good enough she can do the october challenge instead of me :rotfl:.

OH doesn't know about the character breakfast, think it'll be best to spring it on it on the day so he can't put the kibosh on it because we're too old! I know he'll love it when he's there... plus they serve Mickey shaped waffles! ;)

I think you should definitely get Poppy to make Christmas presents, make her earn her keep! :)

I think men tend to be keener for babies than women since it's not that big a change for them, OH just thinks, 'Oooh a baby would be nice' whilst I'm thinking, '9 months of being fat and uncomfortable, not being able to eat/drink what I want, turning into a milk factory, childbirth... hmmm maybe I can wait another month before starting down that road!' :rotfl: Whoever said we were the weaker sex was deluded!

Very true. I was watching 16 and pregnant yesterday and OH said 'bringing up a baby is easy', umm yeah. I think I may be letting him get away with not doing enough.

I think you must be Wendz! Maybe if you leave him with Poppy for a full weekend with no help he'll change his mind?! ;)
