Update: I have now received a debt collectors letter in relation to the initial PCN. Also today had a letter from a solicitor saying about sending bailiffs around?!
Are u guys sure that ignoring this is the best way to go??!
I know you are worried but I really don't understand why people come to this forum, presumably read the stickies at the top(?) and then come back panicking at each letter. Especially seeing as the very top permanent sticky thread on the board (if you read it) gives you the Roxburghe (aka Graham White 'solicitors') letter chain in pictures:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163
And then on another top sticky thread 'Welcome, please read before posting' you also get other info about the legality of these fake parking tickets and a link to Watchdog showing you just what to do with such a bogus 'ticket'.
How anyone can still be worried after seeing the calm explanation of the facts by Tim Cary, the Watchdog solicitor, and our own 'Hall of Shame' top thread previewing your whole scamogram letter-chain in pictures, I don't know. And I am just an ordinary law-abiding wife and mother, just someone who got a fake PCN 3 years ago and read up on the scam, and now I come back here most days to help newbies learn what we all know about these idle threats.
Pacemaker1000 and pjereed, please just show both the sticky threads I mentioned, the scamogram pictures and the Watchdog clip to your scared wives today. And then just laugh and play snap next time a letter arrives that matches our info.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sure enough, the debt collecting letter was from Roxburghe and the Solicitors letter was from Graham White.
Despite reading all the links and reading the relevant bits you can appreciate how unnerving it is having these threatening letters!
I find it amazing how they still try and get away with it though?

@The OP. Scan the "solicitors" letter, blank out your personal details including reference numbers and car reg number and post it up.
Would love to see this one!

No need, it will already be on our top thread but listed under another PPC:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2214803
My guess is that it's this one linked below (which I got from the UKPC Roxburghe/Graham White letter-chain, seeing as many PPCs use the same letters):

I reckon it's that one because it mentions bailiffs - but if you actually read & consider all of it, they are just stating the obvious. The bailiffs are only a fictitional last resort - i.e. if a case goes to Small Claims (which it won't) and you lose (you wouldn't) and then you refuse to pay what the judge orders (yeah, right!!) then they could instruct a bailiff to enforce a court order (obviously, that's true in any small claim).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't be afraid of Roxburghe or Graham White solicitors, they are toothless cowards who only issue threats.0 -
Update for you:
I have today received a letter from Graham White Solicitors with a 'Final Warning'.
They have threatened to apply for 'Application to the Court under 'Civil Procedural Rules 31.16 - Disclosure Before Proceedings Start'.
I'm assuming this is yet another expected letter???I am a Protection Adviser that specializes in Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover & Income Protection.
