Things not going so well ,or as well as they should be

The ex and Moos dad decided that he would call last night to tell Moo he missed her since he hasnt seen her since Xmas day (that's if you don't count the time in febuary that he unexpectantly knocked on the door ranting and raving about csa payments ):mad::mad: moo was in bed when he rang which I am pleased about as she won't get upset .
Anyway to ease the stress a bottle of wine a huge bar of chocolate a gossip magazine and cigarettes were well deserved

I have had to transfer some money from holiday savings back into current account as I was a few quid overdrawn without an overdraft  holiday saving money not going to well actually it's not going at all . And we go away next weekend :eek: hoping csa payment will come before then Otherwise will have to jig about the budget .

On a good note all bills are paid and budgeted for and I have paid for moo's gym membership so she can do swimming lessons in the new school term , just waiting for swim coordinator to call and finalise details and check her ability, lessons are slightly more expensive than have been paying previously but old pool is broken and no news of when it will be fixed :mad:

    Hope your all well xx

Sunny morning here at long last :j

It is the first day of the school holidays as well , Moo was up at the crack of Dawn and is ready to go ( it's a struggle to get her up for school) , she is currently parading around with my high heels and singing and dancing to some of her music. I have already told her to turn it down twice ( sounding like my mum and dad more and more):D
    Sorry neighbours !!

Going for a NSD today I have work later so it's easily achievable .

My mum and dad gave me the money back for Moos gym membership and they want to pay for the swimming lessons . Who am I to argue with them :T

Going in to meet new department manager next week so I can finally hand in my notice to current employer, which I am nervous about doing as I only have to give a week I know that they won't be able to employ someone and train them up in that time . What with people on holiday at the same time and maternity leave they are going to be seriously
understaffed :o:o I'm not going to be popular for leaving them in the lurch however on the other hand if they ran the business better they would not put themselves in this position and it's not really my problem .
Hope you all have a lovely day xx

I have been known to put up a pathetic fight but I always let them win ;)

Hi moo's mum. Have you thought about things that are free to do with your DD over the holidays??

Picnics (on the carpet if needed)
Baking (much cheaper than buying cakes etc)
    Crafty things
    Some museums have free entry

I had a big list of things but they all seem to have fallen out of my head atm.

    Hi

Yes have a long list of activities to keep Moo entertained and the "Mum I'm bored" to a minimum :rotfl:

We are going camping next weekend for a few days just the two of us. Although we are going to Longleat whilst there which is rather pricey and I have not come across any vouchers.

We have also got another camping trip for a weekend in a few weeks time this will be more purse friendly as going with other families , the kids run around and keep themselves entertained with bug hunting and building camps etc

For the first time ever have exchanged numbers with other mums from school in the hope of meeting up for picnics and games in the park .

A few days at the beach also planned sitting as far away as possible from arcades ,cafe , and fun fair . A picnic, bucket and spade all that is needed

Lots more planned got a few two for one vouchers to some theme parks and the library has the summer reading challenge

So with me starting a new job and Moo going to nanny and granddads I think I have the holidays covered :T:T

Cold and tired! Feels like a winters evening :(

Not much to report have been to work yesterday and today and I can safely say it will be a relief to hand my notice in next week although slightly scared at what the response will be . Today I was in tears and had to really compose myself .I have never cried at a job before , when my shift had finished I went to the shop and brought a lot of chocolate as a cheer up ,which is no good for diet or bank balance .

Have realised how much I let my feelings and emotions control the way I live with spending and eating ! I wish I could reverse it and learn to control my emotions life would be so much happier

Moo has made herself comfortable in my bed and brought along a few of her teddies 6 to be exact :rotfl::rotfl: she has brought along her covers too ,from her own bed as apparently I steal all the covers . She is reading her book aloud. I have suspicions that it's gonna be a long night and as far away from restful as can be imagined :o:o

Mars bars can be quite expensive in some shops :rotfl:
