Have to go back to 6 day working for a few months, just done a year and it nearly killed me. Stillin hospital for arthritis jabs next week so will at least have six months without so much pain.
Just feels like its 10 steps forward and 12 back!!!!!! I really dont know what come over me in december, i think its cause if ell of the wagon and said sod it and ended up with 1500 on my only credit card i can spend on. I have now closed it so icant spend on it no more.
It waas so liberating on paying off the ones before so i need to get back on that planet, i have managed 2 days without going anywhere into town and shoppiing which is unheard of.
So new year and new problems ahead but feeling much more positive now. thank you hunny xMum 30k/29000

Hi JB I put £1k on my cc too over the festive period so you're not alone. That's why I have opened a wee account and am trying to stick £100 per month into it so I dont do the same next year. I know I will still be paying this off next year ( unless I win the lottery) so I do NOT want this to happen again. If it takes me longer to pay this off then so be it.
So what are you going to do about your tax? and get in there with the positivity xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Sorry folks
Been a bit mad week. One of my staff who I have just finished training after 3 years has decided ( but forgot to tell me as she isn't doing anything wrong) has decided to go mobile along with working at my salon to top up her crap wages. She 21 and earns between 300 -500 take home and I spitting feathers. So I been busy doing up contracts got done twice last year with so called mates. Thing is seen this coming but thought she was better than that. When she started offering my clients to do them at home time or a chat!
Anyway also been in for neck injections and wondered why it was getting worse now have spinal stenosis happy days!
Hubby on way of getting car sold so hopefully be sorted ASAP! Robbing Peter to pay Paul never been so skint!
Have been really good have had 3 nsds which is a miracle for me!
Feeling better now pain free really don't think that helps when u stressing over debt. Hope u all ok will be on for a chat hubby just cooking us all dinner as the kids all home for the weekend and I am up to my eyes in wedding plans! Lovely!Mum 30k/29000

Sack the biatch that's just not on . Fair enough if she gets her own client list but no way should she be taking them from you.

Hi all
Thing is she not trying to take them n the salon she trying to do it for her mobile round, and when they ask if i do home visits (which i will if they ill) she jumps in and says i do. We have a ladies and a barber shop which i work in as i hate doing ladies. She wanted to become a barber and i have paid her really well and really looked after her. She had her 21st this week and as hse had been with me since she was 15 i only spent 150 quid on a bracelt for her what an idiot. Thing is she watched my best mate do the dirty on me last year and dosent think this falls in this catagory. I have done aload of contracts and have told my staff that i will expect them al to be signing them as i have my business to protect. always gone on trust but i have become to realise i cant have that in business. friends and business do not go together. I have told her she can do her mobile if that is what she wants but i wont tolerate what she has been upto and advertising when she thought i wouldnt find out, as half my clients live in her village. i told her go for it i wont hold it against her but she needs to make a choice as she wont be working at the salon while she does.
Thing is she hasnt got enough experience on her ladies infact she hasnt done ladies apart from at college, and the fact is she isnt good enough that is why i wont let her work in my ladies salon. She thinks this me just being a cow but as i told her if she wants to be a junior stylist then she will have to be on junior wage.
We find this alot they earn good money on a profit share then think why should i have to give them a % when i can do this for myself!! i say good luck and go for it. i done the same at 21 and got my butt kicked.
Have talked daughter in wedding invites on vistaprint and she has realised that 400 for them is ridiculous and 60 quid is alot better idea!!!
Just sat here watching king speech it is funny!!!!
Have decided dont know if any of you would agree as most of my earnings are cash would it be better to pay credit cards in cash and not put the money in the bank? At last then i might be able to keep more control over everything. Dont know if this is good or bad? At least then i can just put the money for the bills in the bank.
Dont have all my tax money and phoned them and they said because i had a n agreement last year they won tlet me have another even though i have a decrease in takings this year due to the recession and illness. They wernt very helpful even when i started crying on the phone!!!!!Mum 30k/29000
