Mojo clippin hell wish I could find it.
I have decided I have mug written on my forehead. I have some lovely staff and they keep telling me how laid back I am and easy to talk to but I keep getting dumped on.
One of my staff hAve told me yesterday that the girl I took on in April and have been struggling to pay as she not overly busy, but I knew it would take a while to get her clientele up is doing the dirty behind my back.
Her mum Is buying a salon less than half a mile away from mine ans she going to work for her. After the other junior leaving two weeks ago without notice I'm just completely doing my nutt in.
I have bent over backwards for this one she always sick, suffers with olds a lot but she always has dramas like tues couldn't come to work as a bloke was asleep in the hallway and he couldn't get passed him. Took her 1.5 hours to get to work after she got heartier mum and dad and the police to sort him out. She then had the nerve to tell me that when she went back out just after she phoned me that he had gone and when the police turned up he came back????
I then found out that she not going to tell me about her mum. I pay my staff on time every week, bonuses take them for dinner, buy lovely gifts for Xmas and birthdays give them time off when it not convenient and still get treated like poo. The others say I am a pushover, I have been worried sick that I would have to cut her hours as it bit quiet, because her partner lost her job, and ain't don't anything to get another so felt sorry for my girl. Then i Find out she doing this behind my back. What ever happened to trust and loyalty?
I had a young lady in wIting room yesterday 25 and 6 months pregnant. Thought she waiting for hubby, then realised the bloke I thought she was with had left and she still there. When I spoke to her she was vacant couldn't get no sense, got her name she said she passed out and felt tired on the bus. I phoned an ambulance turned out she had a stroke on the bus. Bus driver had told her to Ashe thought she was asleep, two blokes whose hair we were cutting said they saw her on bus and that she whacked her head but one of them turned round and said well she ain't my problem is she?
I wonder what's gone wrong In this world, glad I won't be here in hundred years asi think it'll be an awful place.
Anyway sorry for being morbid, nothing to report but a nsd today and have started with the 20 pound a day again hopefully get one of these bills paid off.

Hi all
20 a day started had a manic busy day yesterday so put in 50 total 170. Will use it towards daughters wedding.
Had some lovely flowers for valentines but decided not to go out for A meal as we taking nephews to cinema on two for one orange to watch star wars ( mind u I'm going with 3 year old and we seeing the muppets!)
No news on mortgage but not to bothered seem to be getting there slowly! As if it would be any other way!
Think if this one doesn't go through, they did say in week we might only get the amount to cover existing mortgage, bu this will still save 250 a month which can be paid off debts then!
Any saving is good.
Right need to shower cinema at 11.30 so need to get kids sorted as it takes me hours to ru. Round and get them ready have a Good day:pMum 30k/29000

Hey
That's really terrible about your staff, it sounds like you are a lovely boss and they don't appreciate it. do you have grounds to ask her to leave now?

Also forgot other girl isn't go with her mum but we had a chat and she decided as her partner not working she could work less hours self employed and they would get more help? How silly is our system partner couldn't get jsa if she was working full time but at part time her partner can get it. Bt backwards if you ask me.Mum 30k/29000

He won't get it all though as they will take her eanings into account. She must be going to pull a fast one and not declare her earnings .

They told her as long as she done under 24 hours and earnt no more than she does now it that her partner would qualify!!!! Well if they pulling a fast one they need thier heads testing because they will get found out..
No it was just your advice before... he said we would have saved which we would have with the natwest mortgage really low rates but he wernt having any of it. So he came back with this interest hike one didnt even ask who what with and all i could hear was you in my head saying check it out and only do it if its right!!!!! Think skint was screaming no to lol

she might not be lying. She can work up to 24 hours but it would be taken off of her partners benefit whatever she earns except a tenner I think so he might still qualify but I doubt it would be much. They're probably doing it so their rent etc will get paid.
I hope my voice in your head had a right good old Glasgow accent :rotfl:5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

System does seem a bit nutts. They both female so in eyes of law cant get married but get classed as married to regards of income. But as I said if u want to live together as married then u will have have each others money in to account. Problem being her partner don't want to work, and they said last week were skint but then bought brand new play station nutts,
Nothing to report have anew things to sale ie tumble dryer and a built in oven waiting for bloke to see how much he prepared to pay. Cam pay off credit card then !Mum 30k/29000
