Where are the weeks going?

Done the first sweet buffet yesterday kids loved it. so did the parents!! had some enquiries so hopefully we go from there.

We have after some long and hard soul searching decided to sell the house. gutted been in tears all weekend but even though mum helped us our income has dropped, no matter how much we try and even it a out, its time to sell. Hopefully someone will come along and love it as much as i do. Estate agent couldnt believe how spotless it was lol he said his job would be so easy if all houses were like mine.
First appointment next monday, just waiting for neurology. i wish they would hurry have started having really bad vertigo and nausea. HAVE HAD IT BEFORE but not like this, its been foul. Never taken so many painkillers. will phone on tues again to see if appointment anywhere closer.
Hope you all ok and doing well. need to come on daily really to keep myself inspired. felt really down this weekend, i cried on a member of staff and my neighbour. The girl who i thought wsnt leaving i asked to leave on sat as i found out she been really underhand in going with her mum to work around the corner. Just had enough so bit unsure ooif these problems with my arm and neck could be stress. will beintersting to see when the house is sold.

I have sat here today and just cried. Dont know what else to do. Hubby has just told me he has put 3k on a credit card that i had cleared. thing is it is 35pc. i feel sick to the stomach.
Selling the house was bad enough even though it been an awful struggle i thought were scraping by. disillusioned to hell as we wernt anywhere near it.

He said he was trying to protect me/ honesty? i thought that was allwe had left, doesnt even look like we got that anymore.
I actually wondered today if its all woth it? he told me he wished he was dead. Made me feel totally worthless like it as my fault.
Anyonw tih some advice it would ne good ty x

Sorry to read you're in a tough patch, but you will get through it, maybe read back through your diary to remember how much you've come through. You can do it again, why did hubby need to use the c card? Do you need to re-think the budgets? Make a plan to pay it off and with the leeway on the house you might be able to clear it quicker than you think

Hope you are OK, keep an eye on hubby, maybe he needs to go to docs if he is having those feelings?

I'm assuming you don't have the money to pay it off.

Can you return anything or was it cash or paying bills?

Could you balance transfer to a lower interest rate?

I would take that card away from him as well, but I'm a bit of a control freak!

Aww JB I wish I was close to come give you a hug. You poor thing. No wonder you're crying your eyes out. I have no idea what to say except that this must be your rock bottom. You can only go up from here. I feel for your OH too as he probably knows how bad you feel about all this and was trying to protect you.

When it comes down to it a house is just a house. You and your family make it a home and you can do that within any bricks and mortar. The most important thing is to get yourself sorted out once and for all and never return to this horrible place. You will be in my prayers tonight hun xxxx

no it was all used to pay bills, i had asked him to close it. As his business is a partnershp with me then we were a week away of being taken to court, so that is why he used it.
think your right about trying to protect me, as i was paying so much off thinking it all ok that is why he didnt tell me. Just pray we can sell the house before it to late.
I just dont know if we can retrieve our relationship didnt realise it was so bad. we both have to work it and be honest so here goes......

Feel a bit better today, spoke to our mortgage provider who wouldn't give us enough to buy a box, so went to see an independent financial advisor without any fees, who reckons she can sort us with some help now or if we sell.
We have decided to sell and. Downsize at lest then we wont be here again next year. Just hope we sell quick, as market not Great.
Also realised to day another of hubby's cards is 27pc as he didn't close it when they hiked the rate. Could murder him a the moment figure of speech mind u ! Need to sort tha one god knows how.

Really quite excited!!! We had a viewing on Fiday and the couple lived at least two hours away. The hubby didnt come so she went back home at morn and made him drive back down on sat night for a second viewing!!!!
Fingers crossed.
Went to look at a house today. really think estate agents need to look at what is well presented!
I said to hubby before we went just looking at internet photos i got the impression it was a bloke who owned it and his wife had left as it was soooo ummm yeah you get it!
On the downside it was small and needed work, was overpriced. Upside it had planning to extend and had ducks that came into the garden while we were there! cute.
Lady who wants mine asked if i was an interior designer, which is weird as i was adked that before by the people who wanted it but hadnt sold. My family keep telling me the same thing that i put things together so well and my sisters have both asked for me to design thier new houses!! quite a compliment im well chuffed. Perhaps i missed my vocation in life.

Have got the first of my tests tomorrow with the reumatologist. but really need the neurology one but not til middle of may.
My balance has started to be completely off and at mums i put my plate on the side as my arm wasnt working properly and stumbled forward and whacked my head on the extractor fan. I started crying after a couple of mins and everyone thought it because of my head but i was more distressed as everything feels skewiff.
I am sure its coming from my neck, but it needs to be sorted as it affecting my work.
Have manged to get my santander credit card paid off and a really busy week so paid it straight away!!!!! Yeah one down............
Also have a mortgage sorted with halifax which will leave us 40k after we have sold to pay off debts!!!! We going to buy a doer upper so we can do a room at a time as we wil have the income weekly to pay for it nad save for the big stuff.
We will be 1600 a month better off. crazy!!!
Looking at a house which i think will be the one tomorrow, which will give us a 150k mortgage rather than a 240k one and most of the debts paid. Mum will get 10k and will pay her the rest monthly.
Will keep you all informed.
