Grammar is something i am pretty terrible at, didn't really understand your use of troll. Guessing its a rude and unnecessary remark.
But thanks for your reply.0 -

When your shopping, next time, have a look at the way people treat clothes in shops. They sneeze over them, drop/knock them on the floor, handle them with dirty hands, try them on their sweaty bodies etc.
That alone should convince you that clothes need washing before wearing.
Do you not get all the germs and sweat on you when doing that?
[Obviously those with alergies would be wise to wash before wearing. But generally, I don't see the point.]0 -

Taking SOGA and any consumer law out of the equation.
OP Have you not thought that the member of staff dealing with you on the day may have been new or inexperienced to work on the exchange/refund desk. They may have had to call the manager over as it wasn't a straightforward exchange with tags/labels on.
To call either the situation or person pathetic, is a bit harsh IMO. After all , you have stated that you previously worked in a customer service faced job in the past.
Maybe a little bit of getting your own back, from when you had grief? Don't take your anger on someone else, it is not nice .0 -
