Bascially they have been no help and according to them it is an electrical device and is not intended to be used in the rain/showers etc, and in their words the same way you dont watch a tv in the rain as it would break it!!
Yes but then your 50" HD TV isn't likely to be described as 'mobile' is it? If you go to the CPW website and try and find the Samsung Galaxy Apollo, guess what category it is found under? Mobile Phones, which would suggest that it is designed to be man portable and as such it should be of satisfactory quality to withstand a typical day out in the country it was sold in.0 -
