hahah, yeah same here, I've learnt a lot since i've been on this forum.

Yes my smile card works everywhere. I'll use RBS to pay for DD or SO and Barclays for savings I think....

If it makes you feel any better hates-banks ive worked for the RBS Group now 7 1/2 years now and it took me 3 years to get an offline debit card.

Yeah really even then I had to write and appeal to staff lending to even get the card.

AND youll be shocked how many staff have step or key accounts ;-)

And how many staff get charges on their accounts and don't get the charges refunded.

that really changes the way I see bank staff I must say. I was convinced bank staff had to have perfect credit score to work for banks and therefore had all platinum credit cards by dozens and all the best bank accounts and stuff... lol

Hell yeah some people are shocking. Im sure some people used to just take the mick knowing there accounts didnt report the CRAs.
