    Afternoon all

Finished work and now have all next week off :j

Going to get some decluttering done and intended starting this afternoon but not feeling too good at all.

My DD2 found out last night that she has her promotion - passed the interview with flying colours, so we went out to celebrate and ended up in an Indian restaurant! At about 3 this morning had to make a mad dash to the loo then about 5 started throwing up too. Managed to go into work but feel rotton. Last time I go for a curry!!! will stick to hm in future!

Anyway did loads yesterday, gardening, shopping, cleaning and ironing so can actually just relax this afternoon, which is just as well. Have a good afternoon all

    Afternoon chaps.
Sistercas, Lou, JackieG, JackieO, RedRuby (for mum & jobhunting) and Bramble - HUGE HUGS to you all xx and for any others that I have missed or are reading and who have worries.

Just got home - earlier than I expected:)
Got the woopsied fish pie mix out of the freezer this morning and have put it in a saucepan with milk. Now my hands smell very fishy.

Trying to second guess the rain so I can go down the garden to pick spinach without the need for a sou'wester and galoshes!

Will put in the leftover green beans and broccoli from yesterday. The fish was £1:80 from Mr. T and will make a pie for 4 of us, so that is about 50p a head:)

The 2 younger DGSs have football training after school so no doubt they will come back ravenous and muddy in equal measure. They are so careful of my house bless them and always remove muddy items.
They do not care for fish pie, so they will have chicken along with DSIL.
Better stop waffling on and start pie making or we will never eat,
    Cheers, Silver x

    jackieg congrats.

    (((hugs))) to all in need.

Hound decluttered to MIL. Currently clearing out fridge - blanching and cooking all veg so that I don't waste anything. At the moment it looks like the only thing going out will be a couple of yoghurts. This time last year half the fridge would be being binned. Thanks to all my OS friends.:D

That's fantastic news JackieG (wondered what the secret was on FB!). Not long to arrange a wedding though but you seem to be doing well. We'll all be there with you and your new frock! XX

    Oooh exciting JackieG!!

I've had a nice chilled day. Had haircut, well a trim then went shopping. Decided to avoid town centre and stuck to out of town stores. i only ended up buying a new duvet set (down to £7 from £25 in Matalan!) and some pyjama bottoms. Got some fresh food and some free cardboard boxes from a supermarket so can start packing.

Going to have a quiet night in tonight, off to Cardiff early tomorrow for spa and shopping :)

    Have a good evening all
