Morning All,
Its gorgeous here this morning, but is meant to be wet by mid afternoon, so I think I will take the kids out this morning, I am looking after DS2's friend today, he should arrive shortly. Might go down to Strathclyde Park for a game of crazy golf. :j
Thanks all for your continued good wishes, and hugs to JackieO and Bramble and anyone else in need of support. Lou isn't doing too good, she is very down, but I am hoping she has wakened in a better frame of mind today.x
OH finally put my new kitchen light up last night, I turned it on and it was so bright, it was like we had a visitation from God :rotfl: I am still seeing wee sparkly bits in front of my eyes  He is slow but he gets there eventually, bless him.
I don't have much to say for myself these days:o OS wise, I have a washing on the line and am doing a carboot sale this weekend.
Hugs spoons and hi fives all round!

morning!
day off again:j
having a nice leisurely morning, read my book in bed, had a quick swish round and now having a cuppa:) popping into town later to do a few jobs.
Later I'm making some quorn cottage pies - some for tea and some for the freezer. I make them in individual pie dishes as its a good portion size, saves the tendency to over- eat and handy if there's just one or two of us for tea.
Wet underfoot here although its not raining now. Washing my bedding today, hung indoors for now but may hang it out if sun comes out.
Flutterby - sorry about your romance x x
(((hugs))) to Bramble, Lou, the 2 Jackies and their families and everyone else in need of one x x x x
have a great day all
take care x xDo what you love :happyhear0 -

Just killing time before the dentist for a filling at 10:eek: dreading it:o.
Still plodding through the legal guff for DS`s annual review on mon:cool: it is a never ending battle and am getting a bit battle weary at the mo:(
He tried his new Y4 class yesterday for the day and seemed to manage alright on the surface but had huge meltdown last night bless him....it must have been such an effort holding it all together at school. It isnt a good situation to be in and I do worry about the effect that this internalization of his anxiety has on his health:o
Poor Fatcat got kicked in the face last night during the meltdown which made him get even angrier when he was told off for that and forcibly removed from the room the cat was in.
I joined a new autism group this week and they have a youth club on every other saturday for autistic kids....DS is going for the first time tomorrow with me so I hope it goes well....he has no other social outlet and he needs it.

Odd weather day here, it's either pouring down or sunny.
I've got day off todayit's time back for being away this week. I'm going to have my hair cut in a bit and then for a bit of a wander round shops I think. Need to pop to uni library and normal library too to return books, and go to bank.

Morning All
Dismal here today so plan to get the housework done and then do some more knitting this afternoon. I can't knit for any length of time now so I have to do a couple of rows and then leave it for about half an hour before doing anymore:(, but I am determined to finish the space invaders scarf for DD's BF (xmas pressie).
DS has no lessons today so he is still in bed.....I hope he stays up there and cleans it
Flutterby The next one could be your soul mate don't fret too much, as JackieO says look back fondly but look forward to someone who is worth spending the rest of your life with. It took me many boyfriends before I finally found my soul mate in DH so don't worry too much, there are plenty out there.
JackieG (((((((((hugs to all)))))))) x

RR - hope the job hunting goes well, don't know what happened to all the saturday jobs.
Flutterby - 'What's for you wont go by you' as they say.
JackieO - I think you need your history class for a rest!
Bramble - Deep breath.
Morning All
Well, my car has gone to the garage to see if the window can be repaired, more expense! My run of bad luck seems to be continuing, the TV in the wee sitting room wont stay on. Don't care at the moment as we have one in the other sitting room. I am not spending any more money at the moment. The garden furniture I bought earlier in the week is still in the boxes as it hasn't stopped raining. Lovely this morning though but not sure it will last.
2nd load of washing in, floors hoovered and mopped - yesterday's visitors bought snowballs (not the chocolate ones) for a treat and the 2 year old got coconut everywhere! Still it was good to see them and the children are little treasures.
Have been out in the garden (in my dressing gown) and burned all the paperwork with our names and addresses on which has got rid of quite a lot of rubbish.
Pasta for tea that we didn't have yesterday and I am working at 5. Take care. XX0
