I love to come back to a house that just requires me doing nothing but putting the kettle on when i am arrive home. Nice welcoming feeling, which requires a bit of work before i go, but is worth the effort.:D Call me mental, but that's the way it is...and i bet a lot of you are like that as well...:p
Lists more or less sorted and packing is nearly done. I am utilizing the drier as DD2 came up with a pile of washing at the last minuter as per usual:o Which meant i got behind with general washing:mad: Just about finished now and should be able to get Kitchen sorted by dinner time at the latest.
Bills have been paid so i don't come back to nasty surprises..i hope.

I'm just the same, it doesn't work if we go away and leave the kids at home but when we all go off together it's lovely to come back to fresh sheets on the bed etc. Wasn't so lovely the year we came back to find the lasagne I had prepared to take with us for the first meal when arrived at the holiday cottage was still sitting on the kitchen table sporting a lovely array of different coloured moulds :rotfl:Or when we came back from a weekend in scotland to find the patio doors not only unlocked but slid open  We hadn't had burglers, just left it like that!

Hope you're already having a lovely time, Bobski, you should be stationary by now (no, not envelopes and letters, the other one
). Or at least just driving 5 miles or so to see lovely stuff

Can anyone help Beanie? Her computer has completely died. She is upset. We can only contact her by text she can't use facebook or anything.:(:(:( Pants.
She spilt coffee on it a few days ago and now it is not working. I am not sure if her heating works any ideas? I am posting this on Bob's thread too.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Her DS might be of assistance as they all do the techno stuff at school nowadays. However, if liquid has seeped into the keyboard I am not sure if that is resurrectable. I suppose taking the keyboard apart and drying off any obvious fluid might help, but I would prefer someone who knows what they are doing to attempt something like that. One life - your life - live it!0
