It is, i just want the rest of it all sorted now. Have been saving up for full and final offers and want to begin the process.
Just wish it had been sorted years ago-but hey ho-Mr Head ducker, stuck heels in and still needs shaking up ( a lot!!) but progress is being made.

Ah i feel your pain, in my household it always seems to be two steps back as well.
Mr.B will not get it into his head that he needs to get everything in writing before acting. I am determined to pull him back around as he is digging another hole for himself otherwise-hence the letter writing + a massive argument on the subject!
Unfortunately i am a bit of an upcaster ( argument wise) so it did lead onto other things regarding..if you had done this at this time, then you wouldn't be in this situation now.. etc. Not very proud of myself for that, but i get so bloomin' frustrated with inaction that it needs very little for me to vent my spleen
