im booking cafe DT for mid December ,,,will let you know when confirmed,may do an over night in the travel lodge.

Finally had a letter off Tix crudits, saying the can't see that they were at fault..as we hadn't informed them of the exact amount i was earning when i rang up to inform them that i was earning and gave them the figures at the time [insert shruggy smilie] They said the only time i gave them accurate figures was at the end of the tax year.

Now call me stupid, but as my wage fluctuated and i told them this at the time and they told me to update periodically( which i did and which they acknowledged) then surely i am not at fault here as they said the only accurate amount of money would only be on my P60 at the end of the year and that would be fine. I have the note on file( as in after phone calls which were dated in my notes.) So another letter is winging its way yet again to ask for a break down of notes on their side of phone calls and whatnot.

i often get the feeling over here ,that they just give out enough information to get you to go away ,but not to inform you properly!!
