    I will suggest it- thanks z, i have been trying to get him to go to docs for depression for a while. I also buy multivitamins as well to help his energy levels as he has a stressful job.

    The mars bars are all yours, far to claggy for my liking (they are sort of Ok if stored in the salad drawer of the fridge). And kit kats ... may need to pop to the shop tomorrow :)

    I have been discovering the delights 'murdering' of haribo jelly babies, so thoughts of Steve and/or Johnny are much better
