Well that probably rules out sleep apnea, though the snoring is a good sign of that. I assume with him coming from up here he isn't a vegan, so that probably rules out anaemia...

    Thyroid tests?

As for tackling him on the debt. I don't know about that. It's a good sign that he was feeling motivated with them disappearing, but that itself has probably been diminished with pressures from work and family and general tiredness.

Keep on with the "you want to use the car you pay" thing. He's probably spent virtually all his life believing that things happen by magic. The bills get paid by magic, your car fills with petrol by magic. Having the magic run short will be good for him.
Did a reply and lost it so hope this one works

He has had tests for apnea, he is definitely not a vegan.
I thought about Thyroid as well ..he says it is because of work, but i also suspect old age and slipper syndrome..as he is the same on hols..oh the joys eh?
I am keeping on with the car thing, normally i would silently fume but after hearing him go on at DS who i have to say *does* offer petrol money then i thought ...reet lad tha's said t' wrong thing:D

And yes Steve McQueen counts as powerful throbbing;) I may have to lie down now and think of.....motorbikes:D:p:rotfl:

Okay, glad there was a resumption of normal service - sorry, Bob, I feel like that was my fault, thank heavens Z was here to round it all out again. I know its been a long slog for you, and I know you've gradually re-educated Mr Bob,

Mmmm.... lets see, what can I do to make it up .... do'nt even know any jokes ... but I can drool with you at Steve McQueen! That'll do nicely :)

It wasn't you- i over explain myself at times and didn't want people to think i was self pitying just mulling over some stuff..:kisses3:

Old people actually sleep less. It's just more spread out over the day. If he sleeps through it's not that.

Does he have dry skin/brittle hair?

I am thinking of Steve, Johnny and minstrels ... :) and that is quite enough :):):)

What does Mr Bob eat - enough vitamins or pies, pies and more pies (sleepy carbs...). Is he 'stocky' as that will increase the snorning potential?

Next time he's at the docs, get a thyroid function test.
