Yesterday some items that were on 4 weeks delivery arrived... But one package that was sent out as first still didn't turn up...
On the tracking it says: processed at depot, out for delivery and then "not received by courier".. And it is stuck at this point since Saturday... Anyone ever had that?
It is the package with most importat things in it!:-))

I had this message when i ordered from xmas sale. Unfortunatley at the end I was told it was lost in transit. This is why I order randomly.

Oh no, don't tell me, there really were the most important things!! That we actually needed rather then wanted...:-((

I just checked my order and it says 'not received by courier' as well?! Mine is stuff I need more than want too! Argh! Hopefully we will get them, if you get yours let me know

I've emailed them and they said they are organising search for it...

I spoke to them this morning as had "your parcel is on its way" email on Sunday 17th stating 2 parcels. I received one parcel on Monday. They spoke to the warehouse and it appears my parcel has been lost:( luckily they weren't things I needed so not too disappointed they did however credit my account with £10 for the inconvenience:o

That is ridiculous. Parcels cannot just "get lost". It's not like it's a size of a letter and can fall out and hide! Someone is nicking them, no question about that.

Or they get delivered to the wrong customer, I received my order & part of someone elses a few sales ago!

Just read this thread re the delivery. I ordered some bits a few weeks ago and eventually cancelled the order as the items had not arrived after 1 week. It was supposed to be next day delivery. The tracker said that they had tried to deliver after 2 days which was a lie as I was home all day. they didn't leave a card funnily enough!

Next need to sort it out. I'll not be ordering with them again.

It would get scanned, packages get scanned just before handed to you... so unless the items were mixed in one package with your items they would know.

This is whole package. There were 3 on that email, and the other 2 arrived. All of them had scan at 8:22 - the other 2 - received by courier and this one at the exactly same time - not received by courier...

I can just see this picture in front of my eyes them throwing it all onto a van and this one package missing the door!!:rotfl:

That is weird, because to be fair they have never disapointed yet until now. Where do you live? In a block of flats?
Because my courier leaves my packages for me hidden in my garden if no one is at home..
They use Hermes, who in my experience are one of the best courier companies.

Unlike Amazon who use HDNL who are just nightmare.
