Guys - a quick warning here to be checking the contents of all of your parcels. I've had 5 now that had delayed notes in them but more than one item missing and upon phoning up, only one item in each parcel was "delayed", the others were down as being delivered and I had been charged for them.

One of them was a pair of shoes I really wanted (bought them at full price a couple of days before the sale then ordered them again at sale price online with the intention of taking back the full price ones) and now they are out of stock in the sale so they can't repeat the order. Tempted to keep them at £45 as I can't face being cheeky and going into store and returning then asking to rebuy at sales price.

i've at last received an e-mail to say my delivery is on its way. . . . . well some of it lol just tracked it but not sure if it will be today though xx

Ordered a few hundred pound of stuff in my VIP slot on Wednesday & i've had it all now! Sooo pleased! I still think the quality of the clothes is great. And it all re-sells for a decent price too once my son has worn it which is a bonus.

I had a fair few showing in mine too - I've been in and cancelled a few of them as I've managed to get items I wanted from the store.

I have noticed that a few of them that were originally scheduled for delivery on 21st July have now got messages attached to them this morning "we are sorry your delivery has been delayed for unforseen reasons. Please accept our apologies".
