Your present balance is not what you must pay to avoid interest! Your present balance include even "unbilled items" (ie items not on the statement yet), you cannot be billed for them until they arrive and even then Next give you few days for returns. Your statement runs from day x to day y and current balance works on live times.
Your account balance and statement balance are 2 different things!!!!
Go back to your account and click on "latest statement".

What does it say there? It is all very strange. I have never ever had to pay for anything that wasn't dispatched yet!! And I spend a lot of money with Next.
Also the due date being so soon is very weird.. that suggests the statement should have been produced like 2 week ago for this due date to apply!!

I got 2 emails last night - 1 that 3 parcels are on their way and 1 "we are sorry, but these things won't be delivered as planned" - but those things weren't on the email about delivery!!

It will come in drip and draps as always (my sister got VIP once before and items were arriving 1 by 1 still weeks later) and it will be great chaos:-))

Though it is nice to find something in your parcel every other day:-))

Also had an email today to say that "thanks for visiting our website on wednesday night. We are aware that you may have had a problem placing your order. We apologise if this has happened and would like to give you another opportunity to shop the VIP sale - anytime Friday until 11pm."

I wanted to ask something a little different. I have been eyeing up a side unit for a couple of months and noticed a few days ago that it and a few other items in the range dissapeared from the within the full priced section of website. Do you think that this is a possibility that it went in the sale online and has sold out, as I cant see it in the sale listing pages (I only got a slot today so know it may have already gone) I really wanted this item and feel that I just want to know if it did or didnt go in the sale as I want the item regardless of the price, nut just cant find it anywhere on the website. Other than that, would going the home sale be the next best bet?

thanks - panic over, phoned Next and they said I had nothing to pay - it will all be on the next statement out on 25th July...
