refunds have to be given in the same format that you paid in. so if you bought via your account, then you will have a credit on your account

Are you sure? Coz the items are not even sent out so you cannot be billed for them yet.. Are you sure the statement total include them? Because your account balance and statement balance are 2 different things..
I'm pretty sure as it says present balance £xxx and minumum payment due by 18th july xx amount.
I was in credit with them before due to overpaying my June statement!0 -

Damn and blast!! my second order showed items at full price, had read on here before that Next wouldn't honour full price items in basket as half price so emptied basket and had to re-enter again loosing a few bits on the way - if only I'd have been brave:o hey hoe here's to the shops on Saturday!!0 -
