Had my first 2 parcel delivered at 11:00 today

These items happened to be the ones which got billed at full price, but when I called yesterday they said prices will be amended.

Still gutted my second order went through at full price, seemed to remember that it was always reported on here how they would'nt honour sale price, how I wish I'd have just bought it at full then argued as by the time I'd cleared the basket and re-entered I'd lost 3 or 4 bits!!! hey hoe on the flip side I count myself very lucky to have got a slot on wednesday fingers crossed for the shops tomo:o

I'm just browsing VIP Sale now on Next Online. For a start when I looked at the preview there were loads of stuff I liked but now I'm viewing my slot and it's utter rubbish. Surely all this stuff hasn't sold out already?

Also when I put items in my basket, i'm being charged full price!!! Anyone else having the same problem?

I managed to get a VIP slot and pretty much everything I wanted was there, so I had a great two hours shopping. Can someone please tell me though, on my account it gives a long list of what I have ordered, which is fine, I noticed a few things where missing so when I checked on reserved items they were all there with expected delivery dates. Does mean the reserved items have more or less sold out?

A number of us were able to log on and book our slots within the first few hours of the VIP slots being released. I managed to get a 6pm Wednesday slot but found some stuff had already gone. (Staff had earlier slots). The site also crashed a few times and full prices were charged.

Think of it in a positive manner. You saved quite a bit of money with stuff being out of stock.

You can also visit the shop tomorrow as sales people have told me they replenish the shelves throughout the day as they have so much stock round the back to get rid off.

I don't think i'm gonna bother buying anything! There is nothing I really like online now and I can't go into next store as I have to buy items from the tall range! Ah well better luck next time!

This happened with my account in last sale but it kept updating and showing more things that I had on my original order, I eventually recieved everthing although it did take a few weeks for it all to arrive
