    In a word, no.

Changing rooms usually closed and returns suspended to the Monday after start of sale

    holy poo!!

Just had an email to say another lot is on it's way!!! That's about 30 items on their way to me!

I just know it's all going to turn up tomorrow when OH is here.... the majority are large homeware items!!

apart from the light fittings that he pre-authorised, I said I'd only ordered a 'few bits and pieces'.. I got carried away in the 'scrum'.... didn't tell him there was an XL Rug a set of drawers for the bathroom and a couple of dinner sets (albeit, I ordered these for my mum!)..

    Just recieved this email,

    Dear Customer
We're so sorry for the problems you had when ordering during your recent VIP sale slot. We realise that the items went through at full price.
Just to let you know, we're putting this right for you straight away by removing the full price items (which you will receive in the next few days) from your account and adding them back under a new invoice number at their correct reduced sale prices. This will show on your 'recent activity' section of 'My Account' online from tomorrow (Saturday). The despatch note may show the incorrect price.
At the moment you'll see any delayed items on the 'reserved items' section of 'My Account' online, at the full price, but please don't worry as these items will be charged at the correct sale price once we've sent them to you.
Thank you for your patience and, if you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Team on 0844 844 8000. And any of our colleagues will be happy to help you.

Sent my hubby, he's not been before! Called to say queue was mental but all women who ran upstairs to ladies wear so he got shed loads of suits and bits that were sold out on line and 3 addidas pairs of trainers at £15 each!
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Back about an hour ago. Was standing beside a lovely sideboard and tv unit but the guy was too slow on the uptake so I spent the money on the kids instead! Almost £300 later but there'll be 2 very well dressed little boys for the next while. Can't comment on how the store compared to online as I didn't check the sale on the site. Prefer to go in store and see the stuff in person.
  • I got to Wrexham at 4.10am and was number 32 in the queue. I was all done and out by 5.40, Only spent £63 but i got the dress I wanted for my little girl to wear to a christening tomorrow.
The stupid tjing is there usually 2 entrances open in my store, i was sat in my car watching the entrance for 1/2 hour thinking ooo i'm going to be 1st in again. At 4.05am I got out to go my the doors to find a small note on it saying due to health and safety they are only opening the one doors this time so i had to walk all the way round to the other side.
september wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.
october wins - grants tumblers, £20 petrol voucher, sega console, iphone
novembers wins - £50 on walkers rainy day, £50 itunes voucher
    march wins - dog treats

I went to the Wakefield store at 4.35am this morning, about 10th in the queue straight in at 5am. Shopped around, lots of things different to whats available online, I managed to get my son the digger set for his bedroom - duvet reduced from £35 to £15, and curtains reduced from £45 to £20 so very pleased with that. Also got matching canvas and cushion set for £6 each down from £12. There was loads of lovely childrens bedroom things available and no one really seemed interested in that section. I didnt bother with clothes this time as got a new house to furnish and decorate but there looked to be lots of choice for all ages. I was at the chekout by 5.20am no queue at all, served straight away. I did then venture to White Rose store after to see if I could pick up anything different now that was like a mad house. The queues went half way round the shop and by 6am it looked like a jumble sale already! Hope everyone enjoys there sale shopping!

Any reports from the notts store?
Hopefully everybody in Nottingham decided to have a lie in this morning and when I arrive at 10am everything will still be tidy and more importantly in my size.
