Been trying since 12 now and have been informed by CS that I should receive an email although as the day goes on I'm starting to doubt my chances!!

Don't give up hope! This is the first time that I've had information sent to me from them, never mind by 3 different methods. Keep logging into your account and checking. Fingers crossed for you.

I just phoned up Next for help, and this is what they told me - worked for me, and I got a 7.30 slot. Happy now that I got one, but all the best stuff will have gone.

For anyone who's commented recently still having trouble, have you tried the suggestion above??

I did not receive an email - I just logged on after reading this thread and saw the vip bit on the home page of my account : )

You know when you say log into next and not via the next.co.uk/vipsale what do you do once you have logged in, where do you click?

On the left hand side (where it gives you your Account Options).

Should be two extras appear underneath Delivery Address - VIP Sale
and VIP Sale Listings.

I signed into Next like normal, and the page got directed to the VIP page where you get allocated your time slot.

Did it not work for you? Strange, because it worked for me first try. I can't think what else to suggest.

Thanks just tried logging into my account and got a slot for the Thursday. Will have to log in when I get in from work but its better than nothing.

No joy with that for me, the extra options don't appear even though I've deleted my internet cookies ect...

I emailed Next , they emailed back that i wont be getting one Oh well nevermind at least i tried.

Also asked them to cancel the directory !!
