Hi, just got my invite,had my emails on when it arrived so I know I acted on it straight away, I got 9pm till 11pm, is this definatly the first slot?? its usually 6pm isn't it??

I logged this morning, no slot. Got home and a VIP invite was posted to me, logged back in and there was the screen asking me to select my slot.

First time l've ever had a postal invite.

Still no invite. been onto them and told them to cancel my account. If you have an account card in any normal shop eg M&S or Debenhams everyone gets vouchers or sale preview evening invites who holds an account card. Not with Next. They select. You think they would invite eveyone so they get as much money as possible??? Was told not to cancel until the Manager had spoken to me. Even if I do get a slot it will be the last on Thursday now so no point. What a joke Next.

I did not get a chance at work to check email, but when I arrived home there was a postal invite for me. I logged onto account and booked a slot between 7.30 - 11pm. I had not received an email for an VIP invite it was done by post this year.

I have got a slot from 9pm on Wednesday but don't seem to be able to view the listings. I go in from the link in my email confirmation and when I click on the VIP sale listing it tells me that the VIP sale is only available to a select number and that the sale begins at 5am in store, anyone else been able to view the listings?

Try logging out of your account and when you log back in they should be there- that's been happening to me all afternoon

Rang up and complained, gave me a slot but not untill 6am thursday means nothing will be left i imagine lol

My invite was waiting for me when I got home, luckily I had checked this thread earlier at work so got the first slot, thanks guys!

finally got my slot for thursday, although customer services advice was i should be able to book from 2pm today !!!!!!!!!! wont be anything left when i shop oh well
