For those who are about to give up, don't.

My story:

Phoned at 9am asking if I would get one, was told yes and log on at 2pm.

Emailed at 2:10pm complaing that I had wasted my time as no slot had been offered, within 10mins had a call off Next apoligising and to keep checking over the nxt couple of hours.

2:30pm sent another e-mail annoyed about the time I was wasting. 2:35pm thought I would give them one more ring and guess what she arranged it there and then over the phone for me.

I'm waiting for a callback on my 2nd e-mail now and even though I'm happy I got a slot the service off the complaints department was awful. I hope I get some good bargins to make up for it.

Ive just emailed and told them if im not getting an email about a slot then to cancel the directory.
Shall be rigning them at 6pm if they havent replied and no email!! Not happy lol

Just walked through the door and got a slot for 9pm, stupid work getting into the way of my shopping lol. Please be kind and leave some newborn baby boy stuff for me please Ive had no email either, just logged into my account.

I have just cancelled mine , at least iam now saving paper lol

Not happy. No invite again. I spend so much money but feel like telling them to keep their catalogue :(:(:(

You have better luck than me, this is the third time I've called and I've got the usual your name is down, you will get an invite but it could even be tomorrow, she couldn't even give me an idea of when I'll receive an invite!

I didn't get an email but when I logged into my account there was the page to choose a time slot so Wednesday 9pm-11pm which is perfect for me x

Just recieved an e-mail off Next after I complained about the customer service recieved today and got a £10 credit to my account, yay.:j

Well that's a bit weird, I got the email inviting me to request a slot if I applied for a catalogue but I don't want a copy of the directory so I ignored it.
Just logged in to my account and was directed to a page to select a VIP slot, no email or postcard sent to tell me but it was there all the same.
Not sure there will be much left by Thursday morning but it was a very pleasant suprise
