Parking it outside your house while you're inside it isn't 'using' it.
Jesus, get your facts right before you post, if a vehicle is kept on the road or in a public place it NEEDS INSURANCE, if you not sure ring the police & ask (but not on 999 number)ANURADHA KOIRALA ??? go on throw it in google.0 -
The bus company doesn't have any options. They are still liable to pay for his damages as they've caused the accident whether he is insured or not. The law is a pain in the behind but... thats how it is i'm afraid.
Very daft BMW owner buying a brand new car and not insuring it though!0 -

you are an absolute clown... i suggest you go back to eating your crayons instead of posting on the internet.
You quoted a post about getting points for having a none insured care on the road. So your reply pointless. Or do you want me to phone the police and ask "if i park a car on the road without insurance, even though i'm not actually driving it... will i get points on my license?"The minimum for no insurance is £200 and six points.scheming_gypsy wrote: »six points is being caught driving without insurance, not owning a car that isn't insured. Can you actually get points when you're not driving the car?

YES, and let us know the answer.ANURADHA KOIRALA ??? go on throw it in google.0 -
regardless of what the answer is, it's irrelevant to your whinge.
so your "Jesus, get your facts right before you post, if a vehicle is kept on the road or in a public place it NEEDS INSURANCE, if you not sure ring the police & ask (but not on 999 number)" had nothing to do with what you quoted so toddle off and get your facts right before you post.0 -

I'd suggest you do the same.;)0 -

I hate to think what the price of a brand new 5 series is and if anyone can take that sort of hit.
Why is your friend thinking how much of an idiot he can be? What a sad little person. He should just get on with his job. Must be awful to be so envious of other people that it warps your thinking.
Having said that, I also think this is a wind-up. How could the bus hit the BMW hard enough to buckle it's wheels but cause no damage to the bus?Love the animals: God has given them the rudiments of thought and joy untroubled. Do not trouble their joy, don't harrass them, don't deprive them of their happiness.0
