good luck with application Butti. Nice to see chat is keeping going again.
I dropped an open carton of creme fraiche in the kitchen and it didn't pour all over the floor but it splashed:
* my glasses
* my hair
* my hands
* my work jacket & trousers
* front of cupboard
* teatowel
* floor
* oven
* my bike (was indoors)
etc
So on a positive you did manage to miss the upstairs duvet and that picture on the landing! It's like dropping a glass and finding shards in the corner of the room.
Someone tell SRM to calm down. I have the fabric, I have the templates, I haven't yet cut out the pieces. This may take some time!

Rainy here today-just hope it improves by saturday....most of the village is camping in the field next to our house ,with a hog roast and clay shooting.It's a mates 40th,so we've nicknames it "Philfest"..like Guilfest but better! If it stays rainy it could be a mini Glasto....
My dog walking friend has just cried off,which means I have to go on the X trainer instead

Hello SRM, Hope you're off the cross trainer by now or there'll be nothing left of you!schoolrunmum wrote: »Message received and understood Butti!

Yes, seem to be having a bit of an issue just getting yellow linen - the selection in Lewis's and Fenwick's in Newcastle is rubbish. Going to have to call in at the fabric place that my brother's school gets its habardashary supply from!
Lodger appears to have tried to poison himself. You know any sentence that includes 'bargain shelf' and 'salmon' is probably not going to end well! He's gone back to bed. May text whether he needs a rehydrater before I set off home!
In Uni library today researching carbon free housing in the attempt to formulate THE QUESTION. The starting point for a dissertation - oh joy. Something to do that is more exciting than job applications :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Not much going on here, feeling very tired for some reason.
I have asked my daughter's dad to go halves on an electric wheelchair, which he has agreed to, so that will be the next thing to do when I get some energy together!

That was easy...

That was also 3 words.....I have to write 20,000!
How you going to write 20,000 words on something that basically doesn't exist?
Even the igloo has carbon dioxide emitted by the people sticking it up."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Yes exactly.
What is carbon free housing? Does it include appliances or not?
What is it about - the building or the behaviour?
What are the barriers?
What are the drivers?
That leaves 19,972 to write.
