I agree with nat, double icing sugar to butter. If my butter isn't soft I sometimes need to add appx 1 tablespoon of milk.0

I wondered if anyone can help me with portion guides? I can't seem to find a decent one online and hoped somebody cold point me in the right direction? I'm looking to find out how many portions you'd get from a cake. It's for a wedding cake and I'd hate to get the numbers wrong! Thanks x0

I'd sit down and work out how much it's going to cost you to make them. Include all your ingredients, cake cases, cake boards, boxes etc then you can have a think about how much you want to add on for you time.0 -
