Just checked and a payment for £5.01 yesterday has been debited from my account...no top up in other account though!

Another way to do it is go to the National Lottery page, create new account....top up with £5.01 every day ...then 'remove' £xx's at a later date.

    Yep, same here.

I made 5 debits on Thursday, not showing as debited from my c/a until today Saturday which is normal for debit card payments but doesn't show any debits from my c/a or credits in my savings account for the difference

Thats because Lloyds will do 1 transfer for the total amount at the end of each day. So tomorrow you will see that the transfer has been made.

    I hope this helps. :D

Apologies if this is a bit obvious (it should be) but it only just occurred to me (I must be getting slow)..... instead of counting items as you go round the supermarket and/or asking places to take an extra few pence, or buy additiononal things you don't really need why not just say take x pounds an a penny from this card, and I'll pay the rest in cash. eg Bill is £12.58 - ask then to take £12.01 from the card and pay them the 57p.

....now if I only I could remember my pin number !

I did as they said and checked my transfers and payments and there was the grand total of £13.75 ready to be transferred. As yet have not needed to even leave the house, e.g.made some payments of £2.01 to my William Hills account...can always transfer a round amount back again.
