Haven't done that much today. Can't open the windows wide or the kittens will try to escape lol so everything's just under safety catch width :(
I'm currently bagging up everyone elses belongings from the LR so the DD's can put it away later after school.
I'm not bothering to clean the windows this week even though they need doing but only because I'm waiting for the housing association to come and replace one of the double glazed units.
My soon-to-be ex husband came round on a drunken rampage, smashed the window, got in, assaulted my new BF & myself, stole my bunch of keys and ran off before the police got here.
It took my BF and I 2 days to clear up all the broken glass, it was everywhere!
So I haven't actually had to more the furniture to hoover as it's all been done :o

Getting there slowly, might just go and do a HHG before the boys get home.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

well doc is happy with the swelling that im having. its normal pregnancy swelling so im to put up with it lol. have got allergy tablets im allowed to take, and also got twice daily injections for dvt prevention due to my weight and medical history so thats going to be fun.

havent done much if anything off the list, came home and OH was sorting out stuff for the charity shop, so ive charity shoped 2 boxes of books and 1 box of board games and 1 dinner set thats never been used and never will be used. well the car is loaded will all that for tomorrow as the charity shop isnt open today

the clothes ahve been partially sorted and we have a small pile ready, but need to go through our wardrobes and the bedding and then do a final charity shop run on wednesday.
  • Hiya guys,

Cooor blimey I'm on a go slow!
Pootling round the lounge and the kitchen.

    Thanks for the dogglet suggestions.
Paddling pool in the shade, only the beagle will get in it. Shadow wouldnt do any thing sooooo beneath him as to get wet. (huskies tend to act like their farts dont stink... I could tell him sommet!)
I've hosed down Mystic but she's not so happy with that either.
They've scrunched up some ice, slopped water all over my floor. and taken up residence in front of the fan... well except the beagle (Toffee) she's curled up in her bed - must be cold???? nutter.
    Overcast but humid as heck!
At least they arent flat out panting now.
Poor Shadow's in full moult, I've brushed him, he's not happy about that either and I have enough fluff to stuff a cushion!

WendyWitch - the keys, have you had the locks changed?
Are you guys okay? Reported him to the police? Can you get a restraining order?

Anyone melting in the heat - I hope it breaks soon! (even me and I have an evening out side tonight!)

GoodIntentions - sorry to hear about your Uncle! :(

Hugs sticks and spoons to anyone I missed.
Will finish me cuppa and have another go at cleaning up the floor.
I've done a load of kitchen, DW on, one load of laundry sorted.
DH said he'll help with all the hotspot gibble without homes when he's back in.
might even get a jump start on dinner - now that is adventurous :)
